About Superior Nursing
Superior Nursing was founded by Luci Acosta in 2022 as she saw the disconnect between healthcare, patients, and their families.
As a Registered Nurse, Luci goes above and beyond to not only provide her clients but their families with more than outstanding care. Luci has become very concerned regarding patients with compromised immune systems and ensures the client is protected from harmful pathogens.
Luci saw a need for patients that lacked resources to commute to and from their infusion appointments due to their existing health, transportation, or family dependence. Instead, Luci brought care to those in need within their own home. She has built a team of dedicated and compassionate nurses that provide clinical treatment outside of the clinical environment. She is using modern technology and local resources like herself to provide greater access to home infusions and education.
The Superior Nursing team works with all age groups, from pediatrics to seniors. They have infused and cared for hundreds of patients throughout central Connecticut and Massachusetts. They work tirelessly to ensure clients receive their immunoglobulin infusions in a safe and unique environment, pre, during, and post-pandemic. They understand that the risks can be high in this new world, and her team of hardworking heroes helps patients every day to make sure that people in the area get the resources and services they need as soon as possible.
